Shareholders of company Holiday have received 83% shares of an incorporated company and 100% shares of Kora. In exchange Kora has received 17% shares of the incorporated company and $ 80 million. Kora’a general director and chairman of Board of directors Sergey Stepanov and Igor Ivanov, Holiday’s owners Nikolay Skorohodov, Alexander Burykin and Yuriy Aksenov, fund Russian Retail Growth Fund governed by Renova Capital have become key beneficiaries of the incorporated company.
